Observation Task 5

Different children, different ways of learning and differentiation
 In the both class (4C-4D) the students they are in different knowledge and skills some students they are faster more than others to finish their activities or do some works with the teacher some students can understand and answer the teacher question than others take a long time and they need someone to help them and explain in an easy way. Some students they answer the questions if they watch a video or picture because they can understand more when they watch it and they also know what the teacher means when she asked them about the lesson. In 4C we have Maitha Saif and Nasser Khalifa.They can answer most of the question about the lesson also they can share with the teacher their opinion and some information. In 4D we have Mohammed Abdul Rahman, he can answer most of the question about lesson also he can share with the teacher his opinion and some stories. During the day we have some students who are quiet in 4C Meera Jaber and Ali Hamad they are the most quite students in this class, but in 4D we have Widema Mansour, Muna Abdulla and Ahmad Hesham. All these students they are quite but in different level. The students who are not focused in 4C they are 4 Saif Mubarak, Zayed Mohammed, Salama Salem and Ali Hamad. In 4D they are 4 students Juma Saif, Saeed Tahnoun, Marzouq Feraih and Hamad Khaled. Teacher gives students some activities in each lesson I released that some students they take a long time to finish their activities however some students finished their activities faster such as in 4C Maitha Saif, she finished her activity quickly after that she start reading a book. In 4D Theyab Hamdan, finished his activity quickly sometimes and he goes to help the other students in their activities. The teacher give students some tasks to finished at home some students did it in a great job but some of them did not finish like Ali Hamad and Wadima Ali in 4C and Juma Saif and Hamad Khaled. The teacher deal them if they don’t do their homework she will not give them points in the class dojo or mark them by behaviours sheet (4.Not doing homework or being unprepared for class). In the both classes, we don’t have students they have special needs. In Ahmad Bin Zayed School most of the teacher use dojo program to manage the class or give them some gifts or candy and the children choose what they want, also the teacher mix the group with different level to improve their skills in English also to remember them about behaviours rules.

Description
Activity 1: Spelling tic tac know the child can practice any word that the teacher give him/her by choosing any activity and coloring the box.
Activity 2: Rocket Rucers in this activity the teacher tell the students in which level they are then each one take his level sheet.

Muna open her notebook and start to complete her spelling tic tac know box and color it, she chose “Silly Sentences”. She starts write her sentences and underline the spelling word.
She is doing good at this part of activity, also she don’t need any help from the teacher because she know what she must do.
9:00
Muna take her sheet she was in level 7 so she must count all the number with 7 such as (7+10, 7+9, 7+8….) she take 5 or less min. to finish her equation after that she give the teacher to chick her answer.
She is enjoying solving equation to get it correct to move her name to the other level.

The lower ability 4D Hamad Khaled.

Hamad open his notebook and start to find his paper to choose an activity and color the box in Spelling tic tac know paper. He chose “Keyboard Spelling”. So he went to cabinet to get the keyboard to start practice his word and when he finishes the spelling word he needs to write it again in the notebook.
Hamad he enjoying the typing on keyboard but west his time every day in this part of activity because he need someone to stay with him all the time and tell him what he must do, also when he write the English word he start from the last letter to the first letter and he take longtime to write it in the correct way.
9:00
Teacher give hamad his worksheet it is in level 0 because he is still cannot count the number he start solving the number such as (0+2, 0+3, 0+4…) he answer some equation wrong and some of them right.
He was doing his best to answer the equation but the problem he was asking about the name of the numbers because he still not knows some number like (9, 8, 10, 7...) in English.
