Interview Teacher

In Ahmad Bin Zayed school the some of the teacher are planning weekly or day and on team or individually, but my mentor her name is Kerri she told me that she do her plan weekly so the students will study all the week what she have it in the plan also she write the main point on the board so that she can remember the children what they will do very day one week. 

Also in Miss Kerri lesson sometimes she does many things that are not in the plan because of sometime the need for the children its different from the plan. The important things when she planning a lesson is to covering the outcomes. Also, she did not do the same plan for all the children in the classroom because of all the children at a different level.
